Awesome place! Was there for corporate training for a week. Rooms were clean and the food was EXCELLENT!! Nice meeting rooms and the staff was very friendly. Let me add again the food was GREAT! No grits for breakfast though but wasn't honestly expecting any!😆We had breakfast and lunch there. Also chilled at Smittys upstairs some and it's a cool little spot.
This place is an absolute gem. I've parked in the parking lot half a dozen times, but this time around we wound up hosting an event in some of the executive conference rooms. Turns out they have hotel rooms on the top floors, and we were able to take advantage of those as well for a group of over a dozen people. The food and the drinks and the hospitality were well put together. The building is walking distance from the hockey game we attended and the breakfast in the morning was beyond satisfactory. I haven't had that good of a hotel breakfast since the pandemic started and it was really nice to see how the hotel staff stepped up for a full continental spread.
It's unclear to me if you can stay here if you're not also there on University business or renting the building. I will check because I would be interested in using this location more.
This place is the ultimate best for food and I mean it!! The flavor and texture is amazing. There is no tipping. The wonderful food alone willake you come back, not to mention the friendly and attentive staff. Very clean and relaxing!
